1) Goto Start-> Run, then type regedit snd press enter.
2) In Registry Editor window goto
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->Software->Microsoft->Windows->Current Version
->Policies->Explorer->
3) In the right hand side Right Click on the empty space, then create a new REG_DWORD value
set the value = 0 to disable
set the value = 1 to enable
4) Restart the computer.
